Víno vytvořené s úctou k tradici a přírodě – bez síry, bez filtrace, bez kompromisů. Vyrobené ze 100% odrůdy Kotsifali. Fermentace začíná v nerezových tancích a pokračuje ve francouzských dubových sudech, kde víno zůstává více než 6 měsíců na jemných kalech s pravidelným batonnage. Poté zraje 12 měsíců v hliněné amfoře. Uzavřeno ekologickým uzávěrem z cukrové třtiny – 100% rostlinného původu.

Vinification
Pre-fermentation maceration for 6 hours at 10°C Alcoholic fermentation for 6 hours at 15°C. Fermentation starts in stainless steel tanks and then in French oak barrels where it is completed. It remains with the lees for more than 6 months, with periodic batonnage. 100% recyclable, plant-based, sugar cane lees.
