The Philosophy

Our Idaia white wine belongs to the ‘Classic’ series of our winery. The Assyrtiko grape enhances the structure and the aromatic complexity of Vilána, while also providing nerve and liveliness, resulting in a fruit-forward wine that can perfectly accompany any occasion – with or without food – and satisfy all palates.

Flavor Characteristics

Bright lemon-green color. Expressive aroma of citrus and white-fleshed fruits, complemented by subtle notes of flowers and minerality. On the palate, it is perfectly balanced with delicious fresh fruit flavors and a refreshing finish. Enjoy it with fish and seafood prepared in any way or raw dishes, white meats with lemony sauces, salads, vegetables, vegetable or cheese pies, white cheeses.
