Kombinace odrůd liatiko a merlot. Fialová barva, komplexní aroma červeného ovoce a karamelu s jemnými tóny koření a vanilky. Elegantní a sametová chuť. Intenzivní dochuť, dobrá struktura a dlouhý závěr. Zrálo osm měsíců v dubových sudech.

Doporučujeme podávat k různým druhům sýrů, červenému masu a grilovaným filetům.

Vinification and additional details

Alcoholic fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks at 23°C. Fermentation completed in 15 days. Maturation in French oak barrels for 8 months. Poma natural cork. Possibility to remain in bottle for 6-9 years.
