Monovarietal, Muscat of Spina with a special aromatic richness. Wine with special aromas of white-flesh fruits, ginger and chamomile. Balance in the mouth with persistent aftertaste. It is vinified by the “Pre-fermentation Extraction” method followed by fermentation at low temperatures. Enjoy it with salads of fruits and vegetables, green leaves pies, risottos and oily fish.

Vinification and additional details

Vinified with the ‘Pre-fermentative Extraction’ method followed by fermentation at low temperature.

Pre-fermentation maceration for 6 hours at 10°C. Fermented in stainless steel tanks at 15°C. Maturation for a short time with fine lees. 100% recyclable, plant-based, sugar cane lees.
