Deep purple color, sweet nose with characteristic aromas of red fruits, vanilla and spices. Dense and round mouth with the tannins present but not aggressive. Aged for 12 months in new oak French barrels. Enjoy it with red meats, spicy spices sauces, yellow cheeses and charcuteries.
