Combination of liatiko and  merlot varieties.  Purple color, complex aroma of red fruits and caramel with small notes of spices and vanilla. Mouth elegant and velvety. Intense aftertaste, good structure long finish.  Aged for eight months in oak barrels. Enjoy it with varieties of cheeses, red meats and grilled fillets.

Vinification and additional details

Alcoholic fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks at 23°C. Fermentation completed in 15 days. Maturation in French oak barrels for 8 months. Poma natural cork. Possibility to remain in bottle for 6-9 years.
